As you can see, the long block is assembled. Everything is looking shiny and new! Someone commented on how dirty my engine was after I put the turbo on...not any more!!
I managed to find brass freeze plugs instead of the OE steel ones. Brass won't corrode like steel. I used the Clevite catalog to find out what other engines used the same 35mm and 40mm plugs. These are from a Mitsubishi 4 cylinder engine. I ordered them from the local Mitsubishi dealer. It was funny when he asked what car I was putting them in!!
